i cannot print from inforama studio

hello i cannot print from inforama studio.

when i try to print either from the document manager or from the mailshot wizard my printer produces an apparently endless stream of empty pages.
if i save to file instead of printing the files created are correct.

i am using inforama 1.3 and open office 3.1

i dont have any problems printing from open office if i am not running it in inforama.

Hi Own,

From what you describe (empty pages being sent to the printer), it sounds like you are using the default printer library which sends the generated PDFs directly to the printer. Unless you have a printer which supports PDFs natively you will have problems.

Open the project and select the Project... Properties... menu item. Click the printing node to see which library is currently being used. I suggest you acrobat and use the Acrobat Command library. You will need to locate the acrobat executable in order to to this.

If you're still having problems with this could you post the console output?

thanks for the reply. I've done as you suggest and problem is now resolved.
