How can I send a mailshot with personalised PDF attachments

Hi,

I've downloaded Inforama 1.2 beta 1 and I wanted to run a mailshot against a spreadsheet of contacts with email addresses. I also need to generate a personalised PDF for each contact which will get sent as an attachment to each contact.

Can this be done and where do I start? I've had a look at the roadmap article on creating a spreadsheet datasource at http://in4ama.org/web/guest/community/wiki/-/wiki/Main/Spreadsheet%20documents but it doesn't go into detail about running a mailshot.

Hi Pete,

Your question is well timed as we're in the process of creating a set of tutorials for Inforama and this is one of the features we're highlighting. I'll post this particular item on the Wiki today or tomorrow and I'll post back here with a link when it's done.

Hi Pete,

You can download the sample spreadsheet mailshot project from SourceForge and this should give you the basics for getting started with generating mailshots.
